Content safety and acceptable use rules for Mimo AI

  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights

Platform Abuse

You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass safety restrictions or use the service to facilitate unlawful activity
  • Reverse engineer, probe, disrupt, or abuse the platform, models, or infrastructure
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written authorization
  • Use bots, scripts, or workflows that overload or degrade the service

Enforcement

If we detect, receive reports of, or reasonably suspect a violation of this policy, we may take action including:

  • Rejecting prompts, uploads, or generation requests
  • Removing or disabling access to content
  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Limiting access to features or payment functionality
  • Preserving or disclosing information when required by law or to protect users, partners, or the public
